Please inform Rest Boutique in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

You’ll need to let the property know in advance what time you’ll arrive.

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type.

A damage deposit of £250 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

We will process the refund as quickly as possible so that you can have your funds back in your account without delay.

The minimum age for check-in is 21.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

🚭 Strict No-Smoking Policy: We maintain a strict no-smoking policy throughout the entire property at all times. This includes all indoor areas without exception. We have implemented this policy to ensure a clean, fresh, and healthy environment for all our guests during their stay.

🌿 Outdoor Areas: If you do wish to smoke, we kindly ask that you do so outside the property, at a respectful distance from entrances and windows. This helps us maintain the comfort and health standards for all our guests.

🛑 Policy Compliance: Please note that non-compliance with our no-smoking policy may result in a penalty for cleaning and restoring the room to a smoke-free condition.

Parties/events are not allowed

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 09:00.
